Each corporate wellness experience is fully customized and may include:

Guided breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices to support focus, clarity, and stress relief

Integration & Closing

The session concludes with a brief 15-minute integration period, providing space for reflection, discussion, and hands-on interaction with the instruments. This allows participants to process the experience together and leave with a renewed sense of connection and purpose within the workplace.

Corporate wellness experiences are available in 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions, allowing you to select the option that best fits your team’s schedule and objectives.

Pricing varies based on session duration, group size, and location.

Sessions can be offered:

Travel accommodations can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on distance
