What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, anything else you need to be more comfortable + an open heart & open mind

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to make sure you have plenty of time to get settled in. Due to limited available spots, tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable to another attendee for the exact event on the same date. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start time.
